Fawn is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of diverse clinical experience spanning psychiatric care, substance use disorder, primary care, corrections health, emergency medicine, palliative care, and urgent care. Driven by a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence based care, Fawn blends advanced clinical expertise with a patient centered approach. She has served in settings as varied as correctional institutions, behavioral health facilities, emergency departments, and home based palliative care — adapting her skills to meet the unique needs of each population. In her current roles at SCI Smithfield and Cove Forge Behavioral Health, Fawn provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Her extensive procedural skills and diagnostic acumen are matched by her ability to build trust with patients navigating complex physical and mental health challenges. Fawn earned her Post Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Wilkes University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University Wisconsin, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. When she’s not in the clinic, Fawn is passionate about continuing education, mentoring new practitioners, and finding ways to bridge gaps in mental health care access for underserved communities.
